Birth poster mix-up
I ordered a map poster, eh, but when it arrived I got a thank you card for ordering a birth poster instead. It was kinda frustrating because it felt like they didn't pay attention to my actual purchase. I was looking forward to my map poster, not a birth poster. They should be more careful, you know, 'cause talking about birth can be really personal and emotional. I let them know about the mix-up, but they never apologized. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.
