Baby gift set purchase
I bought a baby gift set from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality and design of the products. The set had a cute plush toy, some adorable baby clothes, and other sweet accessories that were just right for the baby shower I went to. You could totally see the care and attention put into each item, it was obvious that these gifts were made with love. The soon-to-be parents were so happy with the gift and I was glad to see how much they loved it.

Clothing quality
I recently bought some stuff from this store and I was happy with how good the clothes were. But, when I tried to switch my email on my account, it was a big letdown. Eileen Fisher doesn't let you just swap one email for another. The only choices they gave me were to stop getting marketing emails (and lose out on bonuses), but still get transactional emails on the account I wanted to disconnect. Or I could make a whole new account with a new email, but then I'd lose all my purchase history and bonuses. This inflexible and poor customer service for email changes really got on my nerves. It's not cool.
