Request for cancellation of software purchase
Review about: Altium
I tried out Altium Designer and Circuit Studio, eh. Last year in June, I asked to cancel Altium Designer because I wasn't using it. But, the company keeps asking me for money. They said Circuit Studio gets regular updates, but the last one was in 2016. They're not treating customers right and they never had me sign a 12-month commitment contract.
