I recently bought some facial recognition software from this company, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how things turned out. The software itself is kind of clunky and hard to figure out, it keeps glitching and messing up. And on top of that, when I tried to get help from customer service, they weren't very helpful at all. Plus, I felt like I paid too much for what I got. It took forever for the software to actually get to me, which just made things even worse. Overall, my whole experience with this company was really not great, and I won't be going back as a customer.
