Misleading Discount Code
When I was shopping at Face The Future, I was really let down by the 20% off promo code that was supposed to be for signing up for texts and emails. I was looking forward to using it because I had a few things I wanted to buy. But when I went to pay, the code didn't work for the items I had in my cart. It felt like a bait and switch situation, and I was left feeling tricked and annoyed. In the end, I decided to go to a different store with better prices, even though I missed out on the discount I was promised.
