Eh, so the carbon fiber tripod I bought is top-notch! It's super durable and well-made. The delivery was quick and smooth, and the customer service folks were real pros - they really knew their stuff. Only thing that bugged me a bit was the packaging. I wish they had protected the head of the tripod better during shipping to avoid any possible damage. Overall though, the tripod made it to me in good shape, especially considering how far it had to travel and how heavy it is.
