I bought some outdoor gear from this store not too long ago, and man, was I ever let down by what I got. The stuff looked like it had been used or opened up before, and they never said anything about that when I bought them. The quality wasn't all that great either, and I felt like I overpaid for what I got. When I tried reaching out to the store about it, the customer service folks I spoke to were no help at all. They just sent me back to the online site where I bought the gear. Dealing with their lack of responsibility and honesty was really frustrating, let me tell you.
