I recently had a bit of trouble getting my SMTP server to connect with my local Gmail account for sending emails from afar. I tried fixing it on my own, but no luck, so I decided to contact customer service for some help. Luckily, the person I talked to, Jessa, really knew her stuff and was super helpful. She took the time to figure out what was going on and did some thorough troubleshooting to get to the bottom of things. We worked together to find the issue on the server and she quickly updated the settings to sort it out. I was really impressed by Jessa's professionalism and how dedicated she was to getting my problem fixed up fast.
