I had a rough start with this product because the customer service wasn't getting back to me. I left a bad review after not hearing back about getting a refund. But, luckily, the company did eventually reach out and gave me my money back. I'm glad they took my concerns seriously and the refund came through quickly. Thanks for sorting things out.
