Subscription order replacement
I was pretty ticked off at first when my subscription order got sent back because the address was all messed up. But, let me tell you, the support team totally turned things around for me. I reached out to them about the issue and was blown away by how quick they got back to me. Not only did they send me a replacement order right away at no extra cost, but they also fixed up my address and changed my subscription date without any hassle.
