Contacts replacement
I just contacted Customer Service because I got a couple of defective contacts in my last order. I was shocked when Alicia (I think that was her name) called me back within minutes. I had given this company a 5-star rating before, and I still think they're great. In my review, I mentioned the defective contacts without knowing they could be replaced. I was really happy with how quickly they responded and their commitment to making things right. Thanks again for the awesome customer service!
