Booking a hotel online was a breeze. I could easily check out prices from different hotels and snag a sweet deal that worked for my wallet. The confirmation part went smoothly and I got all the info I needed in an email. But, the room I ended up with wasn't quite like how it was described on the website, so that was a bit of a bummer.
