I bought these earbuds from the company not long ago, eh. They ended up being faulty after just a few weeks. When I tried to talk to customer service about the warranty, they were so rude, it was ridiculous. The person in charge was really condescending and didn't want to help at all. They wouldn't honor the warranty and just ignored my issues. It's too bad, because I think their products could be awesome if they just functioned right.
