I was so disappointed with the stainless steel water bottle I bought. The lid wouldn't seal right, so it leaked every time I went to take a sip. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they were no help at all. The price was ridiculous for such a crummy product. Plus, when the bottle finally showed up, it was way later than they said it would be. Total waste of my time and money, eh.
