    My recent experience with buying event chocolates was quite a challenge, but it ended up being satisfying. I placed the order on May 13th for an event on May 25th. They confirmed my order on May 14th and sent me an email on May 15th saying it was shipped. But by May 22nd, I was surprised that it hadn't arrived yet. After calling customer service, I found out they hadn't even shipped my order. They said it would arrive on May 23rd, but there was no update. I had to call customer service again and found out they gave me the wrong info - my order still hadn't been shipped. Eventually, they rushed my order, sent it through Chronofresh, and it arrived just in time for the event the next day. Even though the process was stressful and could have been smoother, I'm happy with the chocolate quality. Big shoutout to the customer service who made sure the delivery was on time.
