So, eh, I went to buy this really cute cat calendar at the store near my house, you know? And I was just standing there with my mom, all excited to get it, when this grumpy lady on the phone just straight up ignored us! Like, we were trying to ask her a question and she was just like, "can't you see I'm on a call?" and walked away. So rude! I mean, come on, we just wanted to buy a calendar, not ruin her day or anything! Definitely not going back there again, that's for sure.

I just bought $90 worth of stuff and some samples, eh. But when my order arrived, the samples weren't there, bud. So I gave customer service a shout right away to ask where they went.
