December 6 order
I wanted to share my recent experience with you that I had on the 6th of December when I made a purchase. Unfortunately, it didn't go very well, eh. The item I bought wasn't labeled as out of stock or running low, and there was no communication about any possible delays. It wasn't until the 18th of December that I had to send an email to the company to ask about my order. The response I got said that my order would arrive in time for Christmas, but by the 22nd, there was still nothing. Later, I received another email from them saying that my order wasn't sent out due to stock problems. They gave me the choice of getting a refund or waiting for them to ship it later. Throughout this whole thing, they didn't bother to contact me first about the issue or give any updates. As a new customer, this sort of stuff was a real turn-off, and now I don't think very highly of this company. With Christmas just 2 days away and no order in sight, I decided to ask for a refund. So, watch out when dealing with this company, it seems like they don't care much about putting their customers first. Looks like they're more about waiting for us to complain instead of fixing things before we even notice.
