Quick check-in, no insurance upselling, choice of car available on lot, smooth return process, shuttle driver assistance
I rented a car not too long ago and it was a great experience. The person at the check-in desk was super helpful and let me use her hotspot to change my credit card limit. She didn't push me to buy insurance, and I got to pick from the cars they had in the lot, which ended up being a better one than the one I had reserved. Dropping off the car was easy, and it was in great shape with only 54,000 km on it. The shuttle driver even gave me a hand with my bags.
