Buyer beware: they don't hold stock on items. I ordered wipes for my mother nearly two months ago. Nowhere on their site did they suggest they did not have the products in stock. Weeks go by, and no shipment. After emailing, they then told me it was on backorder, but they'd update the next week. I heard nothing, the same situation occured three more times. When I told them if I didn't have an update in the next two weeks, I'd be initiating a chargeback, my order gets suddenly refunded, not a word of apology. There's something particularly abhorrent about this behaviour from a company that provides medical supplies to disabled people. Just awful.
