Art book
I just bought an art book from this store and I was really let down with how the delivery went. Even though I paid for shipping, my package ended up at a pick-up spot without me knowing. It was a hassle and my order could've been messed up. I think there should be a way to reschedule delivery or call a specific number if you're not home. Stuff like this can totally ruin how you see the company and your experience as a customer.
