I signed up for what I thought was just a one-time search, but I ended up getting stuck in a subscription without any clear info or a welcome email. It seemed kinda shady to me, like some sort of scam, so I had to reach out to them to try and get my money back for the two months of subscription. Dealing with all of this was super frustrating and really disappointing.
