Customer service was totally terrible! I bought a pair of pants, tried to return them, and they said the tags were taken off when they weren't. They only have email support, no phone, and management never got back to me despite me asking many times. It's so frustrating how they're not clear or accountable. I had to fight the charge with my credit card because they have my pants but won't give me a refund. Stay away from this company, seriously!
