Delayed order with refund
I had a not-so-great experience with an order I made that took way too long to ship out. I waited patiently for 13 days, but when I asked the company about it, they didn't even bother to reply. It was super frustrating and seemed pretty unprofessional not to keep me in the loop.
Then out of the blue, I got a refund notice with no explanation for why my order wasn't going through. The customer service I got was definitely not up to par, and it left me feeling pretty disappointed with the whole shopping experience. I'd definitely suggest thinking twice before ordering from them because their service is lacking and they don't really keep in touch.
