I recently bought Nutcracker tickets on this site and was really let down by the whole experience. The price shown on the website made me believe I was getting a good deal for a show at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. But, when I finished making my purchase, I was surprised with an extra service fee that wasn't mentioned before, making the final cost way higher than I expected. This felt sneaky and dishonest. I now know I made a mistake thinking Ticket Liquidator was the official site for the venue, but not being upfront about the pricing is just not cool. I also noticed there were loads of tickets still available, which made me wonder about the trustworthiness of their business. To sum it up, I feel tricked and ripped off, and I advise others to be careful when thinking about buying tickets through this site.
