I just bought tickets for a Chris Stapleton concert and, darn it, they didn't arrive in time for the show. I tried calling customer service a whole day before the concert, but all I got were those automated responses. Not getting the tickets on time really let me down and stressed me out. I'd advise others to think twice before using this service for important events.
