The product worked well for what I needed it for. But man, the customer service was a total letdown. I got hit with a big charge out of nowhere because I accidentally signed up for a subscription without knowing it. When I tried to cancel, I got nothing back from them. Then my package disappeared and still no word. I tried everything to get in touch with them - calling, emailing, chatting, even hitting them up on social media - but got nowhere. It was just a super frustrating and disappointing experience all around.
