My experience with the tickets I got from this website was pretty good. They came on time, but there was a problem with one of them already being scanned. It was a bit of a hassle because the venue only accepted Ticketmaster tickets for entry. But, after talking to customer service, they fixed the problem and I was able to get in. It was a bummer to deal with this issue, especially after driving 4 hours for my first Def Leppard and Poison concert.
