Workout DVDs and resistance bands
I really enjoy doing workout DVDs at home because I can work up a sweat without feeling like I'm going to pass out. And let me tell you, the resistance bands really give my muscles a good workout! I can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible after each session. I definitely suggest giving it a try!

Thinning hair products
