My experience ordering from this company was pretty good. The ordering process was easy and simple, so I had no trouble picking out and buying the Distant embrace bouquet. The delivery was fast and dependable, coming right on time like they said. But, I was a little let down by the bouquet. It didn't look exactly like the picture on the website - there were fewer flowers and more green leaves. Even though the bouquet was nice, I was hoping for it to be more full and colorful.

I had some trouble with my online order because the system wouldn't accept my discounts. So, I called customer service and spoke with this awesome employee named Estefany R. She was super helpful and got my order sorted out quickly and with a smile. It was such a relief to get such great service after my initial frustrations. Huge thanks to Estefany for doing such an amazing job!
