I bought a pair of waterproof winter boots from this company recently, and I have to say I'm really impressed with how well they're made. They're super durable and comfy to wear for hours on end. Having the waterproof feature has been a game-changer during our cold and wet Canadian winters, keeping my feet nice and dry no matter the weather.

I recently bought some skin care products from this brand and I have to say, I was really let down by the customer service at the store. I've been a loyal customer for years and always used their products, but the staff's attitude was just so indifferent, it made me feel really discouraged. I go to India often and have been to different places where this brand is sold, but unfortunately, the service has always been below par. When I went to the store at Khan Market in Delhi recently, I was completely ignored by the two staff members who were more focused on helping another couple that came in after me. It's just not right to treat customers like that, and it's making me wonder if I should keep supporting a brand that doesn't appreciate its customers. It's sad to see such a lack of manners and professionalism in a store that prides itself on selling luxury products.
