Sit-stand desk
I bought a sit-stand desk from this company and I'm really not happy with it at all. When I put it together like it said in the instructions, I saw right away that it was wobbly and not very sturdy, which makes it hard to get work done. It also had scratches in a few spots, which is not okay for a brand that says they have good quality stuff. And to top it off, the design of the desk is not good for my body - after using it for a while, my back and shoulders are in pain. Overall, I wouldn't suggest getting furniture from this company based on my bad experience.

Eyeglasses and contact lenses
I just got some new glasses and contact lenses from this place, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. They totally messed up my prescription and the customer service was so bad. The staff didn't seem to care at all and were no help, which just made everything even more annoying. And the prices? Definitely not worth it for the service I got. And don't even get me started on the delivery - took forever and then they sent me the wrong order. Such a waste of time and money overall.
