The product says it's gonna make pores smaller, but BOY is it expensive and it made my skin feel super dry. After using it, my face started stinging and peeling, not a fun time. The only good thing I can say is that my pores did look a bit smaller, but maybe that's just because I loaded up on moisturizer after. Honestly, it's not worth the money or how it messed up my skin. I'd suggest checking out a cheaper option at the drugstore instead.

I recently put in an order and required some help, but I couldn't get through to customer service. I tried calling a bunch of times, only to get sent to voicemail and then disconnected. On top of that, my emails were ignored, which left me feeling pretty frustrated with the lack of communication and help from their customer service crew. This whole ordeal has really let me down and I'm not happy with the service I received.
