The BOA Fit System is just terrible, eh. Like, seriously, it's the worst closure system I've ever come across. The dials are so flimsy, they break with just a little pressure. And don't even get me started on the laces, always coming loose and needing constant readjustment. It's such a pain to deal with. And when I tried to get a replacement, the customer service was totally unhelpful. Like, what a letdown, eh. I'm never, ever buying anything with the BOA system again, that's for sure.
