I bought something from this company and got a broken one. When I told customer service through email, they told me to try some troubleshooting stuff, but I had already done that. They agreed that the product was faulty but said they couldn't send a new one cause of technical problems. I've reached out to them a few times since then, but haven't heard back yet.

I've been using kettlebells for quite a while now, and let me tell you, the kettlebells I got from this place are top-notch. They're right up there with big brand names like dragon door bells and ader. But what really sets them apart is their amazing customer service. Just recently, we had a little mix-up with shipping that wasn't even their fault, but they went above and beyond to fix it and make sure we weren't left waiting too long. I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how much they care about making their customers happy. As long as they keep that up, they've got a loyal customer in me.
