I wanted to talk about my experience with this company, focusing on my most recent purchase. Honestly, I was not happy with the service I received. The shipping was not great, there were delays and problems that could have been prevented. Also, the customer service representatives were not very professional or knowledgeable. I felt ignored and dealt with unprofessional behavior when I needed help, which was really frustrating. Overall, based on my own experience, I would not suggest this company to others.
