I just bought the Exogenous Ketone Powder and was really looking forward to adding it to my keto lifestyle. But, I gotta say, I was let down by how it worked out. Even though I made sure to take the right amount and stick to my keto diet, I didn't feel any difference in my energy or weight. Plus, the taste was not great at all, which made it hard to take every day. Overall, I didn't think this product helped me reach my health and fitness goals.
