I got a pair of booties from Dr. Liza more than a year ago and I was really disappointed with how they turned out. I only wore them a few times when the zipper broke, making them impossible to wear. I took them to a shoe repair shop, but they said they couldn't fix them. When I contacted the company, they were not helpful at all and wouldn't replace or fix the shoes because of the one-year warranty. Their customer service and product quality let me down, and I was left feeling frustrated and unhappy with my purchase. I wouldn't recommend their products at all.
