When I bought contact lenses for the first time, I was really let down by the product. Even though I made sure to wash my hands many times before trying to put them in, it took me a long time to get just one lens in. Not only did it not sit right in my eye, but it also made my eye irritated and red within only 10 minutes of wearing them. The redness hasn't gone away, my eye is still sore and red while I'm writing this. I wasn't happy with the quality of the product and I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. On the bright side, the customer service team responded quickly to my concerns and gave me a refund right away. But overall, the whole experience was disappointing and worrying, especially since my eye is still red. I'm thinking about whether I should see a doctor about this.
