VPN software purchase
Hey there, so I decided to get this VPN software and it was super easy to purchase and download. But when it came to installing it, things got a bit confusing. I unzipped the file but it just kept disappearing on me! So I had to combine my user ID with the password from the email I received, paste it in the correct location, and then separate the password part and paste that in as well. It was strange, never had to do something like that with any other software before!
