Icelandic flaky sea salt
I just bought some Icelandic flaky sea salt from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how good it is. This salt is super pure and tasty, it really adds a lot to the flavor of any dish I sprinkle it on. I really like that Saltverk is all about sustainability and keeping it traditional in their production. It makes them stand out from the rest of the salt makers.
