Hey, so I decided to give this music app a shot, and it was such a letdown! I actually bought an album, but couldn't figure out how to download it. The instructions were super confusing and the online support took forever to get back to me. Most customer service chats respond right away, but this one was way too slow. I definitely wouldn't suggest this app to anyone, it was just terrible!
