As a customer of the company, I'm really upset with my experience. I ordered toner cartridges, but didn't get any shipping details or the product. I tried contacting the company for a refund, but got no reply. This lack of communication and failure to deliver makes me think it might be a scam or that my info is at risk. I've reported this to the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities to address any possible fraud.
