Subscription service
I had a really bad experience with the subscription service from this company. The customer service is terrible, they never respond on purpose when I reach out. It's so frustrating because this lack of communication leads to my contracts expiring and money being taken because of expired credit cards. It feels like they don't care about their customers and are just keeping our money. Even though it may be in the fine print of the contract, this whole thing feels like they're stealing from us.
