I called customer service about my order and Lucy helped me out. I placed my order five weeks ago but hadn't heard anything since. Lucy said the bag I wanted was out of stock and would take a while to be available. She suggested I pick a different color and said she would rush my order since I needed it for an upcoming vacation. I really liked how she took care of everything quickly. I hope I get the bag before my trip and if it's as good as Lucy's service, I know I'll be happy with my purchase.
