Frederique Champlin

I've been a customer and it's been really frustrating getting repeated phone calls asking me the same question over and over again. And to top it off, I get emails asking the same thing on different days! It's just a big mess and so inefficient. I'm really disappointed to see such unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail in customer service.
