I was so excited when I first found this product, thinking it would be the ultimate serum for my skin. But after using it for a year, I've noticed a significant drop in quality. The last two bottles I bought became watery very quickly, and for the high price I paid, that's just not acceptable. I even tried reaching out to them on Instagram to let them know how disappointed I was, but I never heard back. It's just been a letdown all around.
