I gotta say, M&S really blew me away with their amazing customer service. I messed up and gave them the wrong delivery address, but they totally came through to fix it. I've ordered from them before without any problems, so when I realized my mistake, I reached out to their customer service right away. They were so understanding and professional, handling the whole thing with care and speed. Not only did they resend my order, but they also threw in extra of two items for free. Their generosity and dedication to making customers happy really impressed me. I'll definitely be sticking with M&S for all my supplement needs from now on.
