I just got myself a Baking Steel for baking at home, and let me tell you, it's changed the pizza-making game for me. This thing heats up super quick and bakes the perfect crispy crust with a nice char underneath, just like the pros do it. It's really stepped up my pizza night and I don't think I could go back to using a regular pizza stone now. The steel is top quality and I can tell it's gonna last me a good while. The only thing is, it's pretty heavy so be ready for a bit of a workout when moving it around.
