I've been a loyal customer of these supplements for so long and I've always been happy with how good they are and how well they work. But this last time I ordered, I was really let down by the shipping process. They didn't keep me informed about when my order would arrive, so I was left wondering when it would show up. Normally, I plan things out so I don't run out of supplements, but this time I had to wait three days without them until the new order finally came. It was frustrating and annoying, especially since I rely on these supplements every day to keep me going. Hopefully in the future, they can do a better job of letting us know when our orders are coming.
