I gotta be honest, my last visit to that store was not great. Right from the start, ordering stuff was a total disaster. The website was a mess and hard to use, so finding what I needed was a real challenge. And when I finally placed my order, the delivery date they gave me was way off. I ended up waiting forever for my stuff to show up, and it was so annoying. Plus, the prices were way too high for what I got. The only good thing was the customer service - they were nice and helpful, even with all the other problems I had.
